FAQs

We offer comprehensive interpreting services for any medical, mental health, legal, corporate or government setting, including courts (Federal courts, Family Courts, States Courts etc.), legal aid and conferences.

We offer services such as interpreting, translation, proofreading, transcription and subtitling. You can see the list of languages we can work with on our Services page. Please get in touch with us for more details.

We use translators who have NAATI credentials for our translations whenever possible and that makes them “NAATI-certified” (but actually it is the translator who has the certification, not the translation).

All Australian government agencies, such as the immigration section of the Department of Home Affairs, will accept our translations because they are done by translators who have NAATI credentials.

Yes. It is mandatory to use the translation by a NAATI accredited translator like ours.

Yes, absolutely. Our service works through Web and email. You just need to send us a scan or a picture of your document. We can also mail you the official certified translations to any place in the world.

Yes, we can include an affidavit with the translation. But you need to give us the affidavit form that you prefer. This will also cost you more as it takes extra time for the JP service. Please contact us for further information.

You can pay online with a bank transfer, Pay ID or send us a PayPal payment.

Yes, the Department of Home Affairs will accept our translation for sure, but you have to find out on your own if you need paper copies.

We require clients to provide us with the spellings of all the names (of people, places, or groups) in the document that are not written in the Latin alphabet before we begin the translation. However, we have to follow some legal rules that limit our ability to do so.

The authority you are sending your documents to will have different requirements. Some accept an electronic copy, while some want an original or a paper copy.

If you need your translation done quickly, we offer an express service with extra fee. However, translation takes some time and we cannot guarantee instant results. Please contact us for urgent translation service or place your order for standard documents on our website.

Standard documents are documents that have a common format and content, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic transcripts, driver’s licences, etc. We can translate these documents faster and cheaper than non-standard documents, which may require more time and expertise. You can find a list of standard documents we can translate on our website.

Please attach clear scans or photos of your document by following the instructions on our website or send us via email when you place your order. If you need more information, feel free to call us.

A certified translation does not have an expiry date. However, the stamp on a certified translation may have a “valid to” date. This is the date by which the translator has to renew their license.
